Hey. I like this piece overall. I think you did a good job of laying it out and creating a sense of depth. Your rendering of the subjects and use of color are all very good.A few suggestions which you might consider.

The bend of the dragon's neck behind the head seems too sharp - I'm assuming hie has a gullet to swallow food and so a sharp 90 degree turn seems a little unnatural.

I think you could have anchored the dragon and created more of a sense of weight by defining some shadows under the claws where they meet the ground and maybe even some small cracks to suggest the impact of his landing or weight.

The light from the staff is pretty bright and you might consider limning the left edges of the wizards body - a brighter line of that edge suggesting the bright light bounding off his clothes. Just a brighter line around that edge.

You might consider moving the wizard slightly right so that his rock and he are not dead center - which is often done in photographs but seems more contrived in a painting.

You might consider some blown snow and softening lightening of the upper edges of the cave opening which would put more focus on the dragon.

I hope this is helpful. Really nice work.
